Staying in the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms across from the main hotel are a bit 'sad' and could use an uplift, but the service was friendly and accommodating. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room on the 5th floor had a strange kitchenette that didn't add any value, but it was nicely furnished and offered a view of Lake Llanquihue. The service was a bit inconsistent, ranging from friendly and helpful to uninterested and rude. The location was excellent, right next to the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The dining options were decent, but there were some issues with missing items and crowding during busy times.
